Therapy Assistants:

Kick start your pediatric career as a Therapy Assistant with Explore and Soar! You’ll be trained by experienced and passionate OT’s, working alongside them to achieve therapy goals for our families!

We’re always on the look out for passionate therapy assistants. if you’re currently studying at university to become an OT, or you are already an allied health assistant who wants a change of pace or speed, we offer a range of opportunities and experiences within an occupational therapy assistant role.

Whilst being a TA at Explore and Soar, you will be developing the foundational skills required to secure any new grad position! You'll be exposed to an array of children whilst developing the skills to support them. Working at Explore and Soar also allows you to develop connections within the allied health sector.

How do your mobile services work and what would my week look like?

As we are a mobile business, every work day is generally in a different location. You'll never get bored of the same old clinic space, when the road and small community towns are your everyday location! Working in client's homes, schools and communities, allows for greater flexibility for you and our clients. We choose the desired locations for your caseload, based on client needs and your work / life balance requests.
